Kalkan's topography has resulted in narrow winding cobbled streets that run along, and rise away from the waterfront. This has meant that over the years industrious restaurateurs have found all sorts of nooks and crannies in which to start a restaurant or a bar, and in so doing this has created the unique charm and character of Kalkan. Many eateries are located on roof terraces, offering views across Kalkan's rooftops to the sea, some are tucked in corners that need to be sought out, and others areon the marina and beach front to rival any in the Mediterranean. Kalkan boasts over numerous excellent restaurants offering an eclectic choice of dishes from Turkish to International Cuisine. A shopper's paradise with the opportunity to strolling through the streets after dinner.Good dining has always been the way of life in Kalkan and continues today. In fact, Kalkan is said to have the highest number of restaurants and bars per inhabitant or square meter on the Turkish coast (over 100 of them!). Additionally, Kalkan is especially renowned in Turkey for its numerous roof terrace restaurants and bars which offer a wonderful view of the town, sea and stars. It’s also nice to sit at one of the many fine harbour-side restaurants and watch the pleasure boats and fishermen leave early in the morning as you eat your breakfast, or see the fishing boats return with the day’s catch in the evening.
Kisla
You cannot go wrong spending an evening in Kisla. How does this sound? Sundowners on the balcony or the roof terrace, not having to step foot in a car, and then enjoying an amazing meal in an amazing setting, between 1 and 5 mins walk from Kisla Falls. All these establishments are very close to Kisla Falls. You have the best of both worlds in Kisla.
