"Everyinch is perfect- Every aspect of this property has been so well considered and tastefully executed that the result is the best experience you could hope for from booking a villa holiday in beautiful Turkey. Sunsets with sundowners on the rooftop, shaded snoozes on a huge bespoke daybed, full sun worship lounging, infinity pool, baby pool, plunge pool, waterfall! Elegant dining areas, breakfast terrace or the cool chill out zone. There are so many areas in this villa to spread yourselves about and truly unwind!And then there is the view. The interior spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, I loved the floating dressing tables and the rich blues and emerald greens chosen for the soft furnishings.
“Just had the most amazing, relaxing and wonderful two weeks in Villa Kislafalls! The property has everything you could ever dream of and has clearly been recently renovated to a very high spec. I can’t honestly say a bad word. We enjoyed evening drinks whilst dipping into the cool waters of the plunge pool, resting and reading books in the hot sun by the infinity pool whilst our teenage children enjoyed the beach club down the road. We stayed at the villa a lot during Covid which was a shame but our accommodation more than made up for it and we had great Turkish food delivered to our door. We’ll be back!”
"We absolutely loved this wonderful villa in the Kisla area of Kalkan. Well equipped with amazing views, the villa was a few minutes walk from several of the local beach clubs and a slightly longer walk (but easily doable) walk from the centre of Kalkan. I slept in the pink room which had a very comfortable bed and large shower with a great view that could be appreciated without even getting out of bed. The villa is newly refurbished and you can tell- everywhere is very clean, sleek and tastefully presented. I came with friends and it was the perfect base to explore and then enjoy drinks on the balcony overlooking the private pool but will definitely return with family as soon as possible. I would also recommend taking a boat trip during your stay.”
"Absolutely fantastic,stylish but homely villa, the rainfall shower is a welcome relief after a day in the sun, the furnishings are so comfy and new, having an infinity pool is wonderful, perfect sunbathing area but also some well thought out shade space too, total relaxation but easy to head into kalkan for the livelier evenings altho the castle which is a couple of doors away has amazing food and some nights entertainment, this sat we gave a jazz night to look forward to, we would definitely book kisla falls again."

"We were lucky enough to be one of the first guests to stay in the whole villa, following its refurbishment,I am so glad we decided to book Villa Kisla Falls!It’s a beautiful villa, renovated to a high standard, in a beautiful location with amazing views from all aspects!The villa is furnished with contemporary furniture throughout which continues in the self contained apartment located on the pool level.The pool terrace is an amazing place to relax with a contemporary corner sofa and chair set under a pergola for shade if needed along with comfortable wooden cushioned loungers for a spot of sunbathing.The rear terrace leading from the kitchen is an ideal shady peaceful spot for outside dining with a brand new table tennis table for those feeling energetic.The roof terrace is perfect for watching the most beautiful sunsets over the bay. You can enjoy panoramic views whilst relaxing in a contemporary sofa set with a glass of wine.In my opinion Kisla is the perfect place to stay, a little bit more peaceful than parts of Kalkan whilst only being a short taxi ride away to Kalkan itself for a very a low price of 25Tl.A must visit is The Castle restaurant which is just down the street from the villa. Very welcoming hosts and excellent food with their Tuesday BBQ night definitely worth booking for!Just a short 5 minute walk is Kalkan beach club, lovely relaxing atmosphere with a shallow beach entrance to the water as well as swimming platforms, slide and trampoline so great for the children and teenagers. Service great and food very reasonable and tasty. So many excursions are accessible from here with all companies offering collection for Villa Kisla Falls so also making it a good location for exploring. If you feel like walking into Kalkan it takes around 25 minutes.I could continue forever about this beautiful place... Thank you for allowing us to spend a perfect 2 weeks in this wonderful villa. You were so very helpful before arriving with lots of information to help us and also whilst we were staying at the villa, checking that all was good and we were having a good time! " the whole place has been recently refurbished to a sleek high standard, with personal touches here and there. Kisla is what makes this rental a peaceful ‘hidden gem’. The beach club is 5 minutes walk from this villa, perfect for lunch, snorkelling, and fun - there is a trampoline in the sea! No charge for beds and umbrellas but with the understanding a reciprocal support of the bar and restaurant. You can get a taxi boat from the beach club to Kalkan for an evening out.There is a handy shop, ‘Bob’s’, a few mins walk that makes fresh bread daily. The infinity pool at KislaFalls is divine, it was super hot when we were there, loungers for worshipers but an excellent shaded area too. The view is spectacular with the right angle for a full sunset. You get the feeling the owner definitely wants you to feel this is a home from home, but in style!" link to review is here
"We decided to return to Kalkan for the third time for our mini-moon in July. We booked our flights directly with the airline and a Villa through Booking.com. As the time got closer we became concerned about the stated location of the villa (on the website it showed as being below the D400 and within walking distance of the old town). After a bit of investigation we discovered it was a 20 minute drive away. We cancelled and turned to the 'Friends of Kalkan' Facebook page for help. We were given multiple options for our dates and, despite not being in the area we were originally looking at, we chose Kisla Falls - and we're glad we did. Location wise, it's not as central as we've stayed previously and you could walk to the town, but a taxi only costs £3 each way, so we didn't try. There's also the Castle restaurant less than 100 yards from your villa door. We went for both lunch and dinner and were delighted with a warm welcome and delicious food. A slightly longer walk takes you to Villa Mahal, with fantastic views of the bay - especially at sunset - and delicious food and wine. There is a mini market at Bob's which, although small, had everything we needed for the week and Bob's and Foto's Pizza both offer delivery to the area. The villa itself was fantastic. It was well appointed with a large outside space, with enough shade to hide from the heat if needed. We had the sun from 10am all through the day until sunset. The views across the bay and to Kalkan itself are fantastic and the pool area isn't overlooked by your neighbours. The interior is modern and stylish and the addition of a water cooler saves carrying jugs back from the supermarkets, and fighting for fridge space - a really nice touch. Our hosts were fantastic and even had a congratulations card and a bottle of bubbly for us on arrival. On our first morning we were surprised with a traditional Turkish breakfast tray from Kalkan Catering, which was not only delicious but just what we needed. We enjoyed a fantastic, relaxing week at Kisla Falls. We had attentive and responsive hosts, a fantastic property and a great location - exactly what was required after all the excitement and stress of a wedding. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kalkan and Kisla Falls to anyone that will listen to us - they are both very special places to us."

"This year the star of the show was Kisla Falls. We loved sitting, swimming, eating and reading in the stunning scenery and peaceful surroundings. We needed to unwind, relax and spend time together and Kisla certainly provided the idyllic backdrop / location. Thank you for providing a well equipped and beautifully decorated holiday home... the beautifully framed vista is a breath taking sight each morning and at sunset the warmth of the day disappears in the most beautiful sunset drenched scenes. Eating on the patio has been a delight and we can recommend so many places to dine......So enjoy yourselves because we certainly did and thank you" link to review is here

"We had a delightful week at Kisla Falls and enjoyed the beautiful views, sunset and tranquillity of the place. The large pool and patio areas are a real treat with enough room and shade available to choose whether to be in or out of the sun at any time. The availability of the Bose was much appreciated and used and your welcome pack was generous and a lovely welcome. The new website is very impressive and does justice to the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, good luck for the future"
